Validate ParkEasy parking for your customers
Tell your customers to use ParkEasy when they come to Ativo Plaza. After they visit you, enter your unique code into their ParkEasy app to add 3 credits into their account. It is up to you how much free credit you want to give them. But remember you can only use your code 100 times each month.

I am not an Ativo Plaza tenant, I'm only a visitor, what should I do?
If you think parking is difficult at Ativo Plaza, tell the business you are visiting to sign up for this offer so that you will give them more business ;)
How do you calculate '100 parking sessions'?
ParkEasy booking fee plus 1 hour of parking at Ativo Plaza on weekdays is 3 credits. For RM280, we will give you a code for 3 credits that can be redeemed 100 times.
Is parking guaranteed?
Once you make a successful reservation, parking is guaranteed. However, to make a reservation is first come, first served.
Do ParkEasy credits expire?
No, ParkEasy credits do not expire.
Can I use these credits at other ParkEasy locations?
Yes. There are no restrictions.
When will I receive my codes?
After payment is confirmed, you will receive 12 codes-- 1 code for each month.
E.g., the code for May 2020 will only work in May 2020.
When must I pay each month?
Please pay by the 25th of each month to avoid service disruption.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes 2 months. But for the last 2 months of your subscription you don't need to pay, we will auto-deduct from your deposit.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can transfer your subscription to another person; OR you can forfeit your deposit and end immediately.
Can I use this for myself instead of my customers?
This offer is designed for customers. However, we cannot stop you from using it on yourself. Just note that you will need to redeem the code 100 times to get the full value.
What are my other options?
You can rent a Season Parking from the Car Park Management office at RM400/mth for one parking spot at the same area as ParkEasy.
