How long is this promo for?
This promo is valid from 4th Feb 2020 to 30th April 2020. ParkEasy reserves the right to terminate this promo earlier without notice.

When does the QR code expire?
Starting from 1st May 2020, Yatra will no longer accept the QR code.

Do I need to use the QR code on the same day I receive it?
No. You can use it any time before 1st May 2020.

How many desserts can I get with ONE QR code?
So long as you spend RM25 per pax, you are entitled to one free dessert per pax with the QR code. That means that if there are 4 people in your group, and you spend RM100, you will get 4 free desserts with just one QR code.

How many times can I use a QR code?
One time. Once the cashier scans your QR code, it will be considered claimed and no longer usable.

I did not take a screenshot. I lost my QR code!
I’m so sorry. Unfortunately we are unable to regenerate the QR code, if you did not take a screenshot, the QR code is lost.

What dessert will I get?
You are guaranteed a free dessert, but it will be subject to the availability at the restaurant at that time.

How many times can I get the QR code?
You will receive the QR code every time you make a reservation at Ativo Plaza during the promo period. However, this is limited to a maximum of one per day.

Can I share this QR code with friends?
Yes. So long as the cashier scans an unclaimed QR code, they will give a free dessert (with min. RM25/pax spend).
